Council Recommendations (VTR's & CFC's)
Vote to Recommend (VTR): A formal recommendation from PEHSC that outlines a specific action the Department should consider taking. These documents are fully developed proposals intended to address a need, improve a process, or support EMS system advancement.
Concept for Consideration (CFC): An idea or opportunity that PEHSC asks the Department to consider. These concepts identify potential needs or improvements and may be developed into a formal recommendation if there is interest in pursuing them further.
All documents posted on this page have been developed through the PEHSC committee and board process to support the continual improvement of Pennsylvania's EMS system.
