Council Recommendations (VTR's & CFC's)

Vote to Recommend (VTR): A formal recommendation from PEHSC that outlines a specific action the Department should consider taking. These documents are fully developed proposals intended to address a need, improve a process, or support EMS system advancement. 

Concept for Consideration (CFC): An idea or opportunity that PEHSC asks the Department to consider. These concepts identify potential needs or improvements and may be developed into a formal recommendation if there is interest in pursuing them further.
